Is there a more perfect set of horror films than Sam Raimi’s Evil Dead trilogy? Well it probably depends on who you ask, but if you’re looking my way than the answer is a resounding “no”. From the blood and guts gore fest of the original to the flawless blend of over-the-top horror/comedy in Evil Dead II right down to the slapstick action/adventure of Army of Darkness, Sam and Bruce have managed to create one of the most iconic and beloved horror franchises of all time.
